High Density
really love the hallson set up, so beautiful, and wanted to invest but got no confidence of making enough rental to cover loan due to very expensive price tags and very very high density. Rental projection is around 400- 600 for per night for the smallest unit 406sq ft. and projected occupancy rate is 80%. i dont think its achievable when 80% of 2200 plus units is 1760 being rented out. Think about the number of people that would be using the pool. love to hear some feedback. hallson is beautiful but so risky especially when the time they are completed there will be 10 other projects finishing near same time in 2028 and 2029, thousands of extra units in KLCC will be available -
