  Clear views

  Seventeen Mall & Residences is nearby the TTDI and Phileo Damansara MRT stations. The location is ideal for those who use public transport. I take the MRT daily to work so I find living here very convenient. A bunch of highways run close to this property like the Sprint highway and NKVE. Another thing I like about living here is that you will find high-rises a fair distance away so the views are clear and wind blowing across the property cools the apartment down.

  The perfect place for my baby

  I bought a 3 bedder at Seventeen Mall & Residences last year. I’ve got a toddler and another baby expected this year so a 3BR was necessary for us. This project worked out for its convenient location as I wanted to reduce travel for everything but work. All my requirements are met in the vicinity from shopping to food and there are even a few schools where I will enroll my kids when they're old enough. It's a cozy enough place with all the amenities my family and I need nearby.

  Location, location, location

  My two main reasons for renting an apartment at Seventeen was the affordable food options nearby. Almost all of my three meals daily are had there since I barely know how to cook and am always busy working. If I don’t eat at one of the affordable restaurants there, I pack food to eat later. The mall too, as you might have noticed in the name, is also in the building. It’s not some flashy mall but it has the right stores that would be essential for residents here.
