Amber is a leasehold housing estate located in Section 19, Shah Alam, Selangor. It comprises 16 units of 2-storey terraced houses which was built by Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS). Each unit comes with private parking space. Amber was launched at a selling price from RM 526,276 in 2012, which was 8 years ago. The price would have increased many folds at the time of writing.
