Bandar Bestari is a township located within the Central Business District of Klang, Selangor. The homes at Canary Garden come in 8 variants with its own unique names, among them are The Bluet, The Fraise, Tulipe, Pervenche, Alisier, Clermont, Argentine and Ridgewood’s. Ridgewood Residences showcase resort style semi-dee and semi-dee link 2-storey homes. The 2-storey semi-dee homes have a built-up area of 3,306.24 sqft with 4+1 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The maintenance fee and sinking fund was waived until 2016. The project is well received by homeowners and investors as the Alisier homes are completely sold out and the Pervenche homes only have limited units for sale.
