Bukit Rahman Putra comprises mainly landed properties catering to the middle and high-income groups. There are several condominiums and apartments as well as commercial and industrial properties. It was named after Malaysia's first Prime Minister and established in 1991 in Land & General Sdn Bhd's hands. This township saw early developments in the 1990s by GuocoLand (Hong Leong Group's property arm), followed by Sunway Group in 2003 with its gated and guarded Sunway Rahman Putra. Other notable developers are Ventures Sdn Bhd, Golden Armani Sdn Bhd, and Suria Land Development Sdn Bhd. Bukit Rahman Putra is a mature and peaceful township characterized by well-lined streets, greenery, rolling terrains, and premium landed homes; Neighborhood is a conducive living place, and it is strategically located in a self-sufficient and maturing township of Sungai Buloh. This development is surrounded by developing residential neighborhoods that promise its residents a complete living with plenty of amenities that can be sought within the area, making it an ideal living place. Amenities are found in the commercial hub of Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh. Bukit Rahman Putra is within a short driving distance from the prestigious neighborhoods of Valencia and Sierramas.
