Cogan 1 & 2 is a terraced house development project that is located in Klang along Jalan Gamelan, Selangor. The tenure that is offered by the development is freehold. The Cogan 1 & 2 development project is a terraced house development project that was designed to those who prefers to live in landed properties more than high-rise developments like condominium and apartments and it is designed to cater to those of the lower to middle class due to its affordability. The Cogan 1 & 2 has decent levels of accessibility which is one of the development’s strongest selling points. The Cogan 1 & 2 is also suitable for family living due to it being surrounded by a ton of educational amenities. The Cogan 1 & 2 development project is accessible via Jalan Klang – Teluk Intan The Cogan 1 & 2 is surrounded by a ton of educational amenities, making it suitable for growing families to live in. Those educational amenities that are close to the development include Taska Universal, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Klang Utama, Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Klang Utama and many more. There are also a few supermarkets located close to Cogan 1 and 2 and those supermarkets include Econmart, Express Klang Utama, Shamol as well as 99 Speedmart. Apart from that, there are a lot of eateries in the area that serve good food and those eateries include Sharadhy, Aisy D’Licious Café, Chew Chuen Restaurant, Restoran Hometown Taste Sungai Lama, Chang Qing Restaurant and many more. Unfortunately, there are no shopping malls that are located close to the Cogan 1 & 2 development project. Residents of Cogan 1 & 2 will have to travel further in order to gain access to shopping malls for a wider range of amenities. Each unit in the Cogan 1 & 2 development project comes with its own car park for vehicle owners to park their cars or motorcycles. The security within the compound of the development is also 24 hours in order to ensure the safety and security of the residents. The Cogan 1 & 2 is a terraced house development project that offers freehold tenure to its tenants which means that they can own the property forever if they choose to do so. The selling price for each unit ranges from RM395K to RM799K. There are no other development projects that are by the same developer as Cogan 1 & 2. Other development projects that are in located in the same area include Bandar Puteri Klang, Bayu Villa, Bandar Bukit Raja, Prima Bayu, Pangsapuri Kasuarina (Bandar Botanic) and Orchis Apartment, Bandar Parklands.
