Spanning over 3,425 acres, Country Garden Forest City comprises 4 reclaimed islands with an initial gross development value of RM600 billion over a development period of 30 years. The freehold island development will include the development of apartments and villas as well. Consistent with the Economic Transformation Programme to increase the population and household income of Johor, this ultra-mega project is a joint venture between Country Garden Pacificview Sdn. Bhd. from China and the Johor state government, as well as partnerships with international teams from Huawei, Sasaki and Deloitte to create the blueprint of a unique future city.
