D'Festival Sepang GoldCoast

D'Festival Sepang GoldCoast is a leasehold integrated development located in the coastal tourism hub of Sungai Pelek, Sepang. Completed around 2021, this project combines a serviced residence with a retail mall, forming a key component of the ambitious Sepang GoldCoast master plan. Developed by Sepang Goldcoast Sdn Bhd, D'Festival is designed as a mixed-use property featuring 437 condominium units and 48 retail units. It stands as the second phase of the expansive Sepang GoldCoast project, envisioned as a vibrant center for resort-style living, business, and entertainment. The overarching master plan for the area is inspired by Madinat Jumeirah and aims to create a 3km coastal township with world-class attractions and sustainable urban living. D'Festival is part of a grand vision to transform the area into a premier international tourism destination and a model low-carbon city. This larger development plan includes a public beach, a central park, and commercial precincts, positioning D'Festival within a dynamic and growing leisure and hospitality zone along the Selangor coastline. The project is developed by Sepang Goldcoast Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd (PNSB), the state's investment arm, and Sepang Bay Sdn Bhd. The developer is the master planner for the entire Sepang Goldcoast lifestyle destination, with a commitment to creating a sustainable, low-carbon community.
