Desa Latania is a freehold residential township located in Seksyen 36, Shah Alam.
Areas located closeby are Taman Maznah, Seri Palma Apartment and Kg. Sungai Kandis.

Both kiosks are located along Jalan Nagasari, and are only a 3 minute drive away.

Desa Latania can be accessed from the Shah Alam highway exiting at Jalan Bukit Kemunting into Jalan Kebun which will lead right to Jalan Nagasari.

Besides that, public transport is also available. Residents can stop at the Bukit Badak KTM Komuter Station, followed by a 10 minute drive to Desa Latania.
