Dillenia is a freehold mixed landed residential development located in Galeri Jualan Bernam Jaya,Taman Bernam Jaya, Hulu Selangor, Selangor. It was developed by The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS). PKNS is a statutory body and Selangor state development agency and its mission is to achieve the country's independence through a fair economic distribution and socio-economic growth. PKNS does that through the development of new growth centres, the exploration of vibrant and sustainable residential areas, the development of industrial centres, businesses and various investment activities. The homes at Dillenia have contemporary designs with clean lines, creating an inviting environment for its residents to come home to. Nestled within the township of Bernam Jaya, residents living in Dillenia enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by lush greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are two types of homes for buyers to choose from according to their needs and wants.
