Gamuda Gardens @ Sungai Buloh is a mixed leasehold project located along Jalan SS21/60 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Developed by Gamuda Land with an expected completion date in late 2019, Gamuda Gardens comprises a massive 800-acre integrated township with upwards of 1,700 units. The properties are a mixture of terraced houses, linked semi-detached houses and serviced apartments. Semi-detached houses are available in Jovita and Joya subtypes, with lot sizes that range from 24 x 65 to 35 x 70. The built-up areas of these units are available anywhere between 2,344 - 3,390 sqft. Units have at least 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Gaia Residence, the block of 18-storey serviced apartments within Gamuda Gardens, are available at built-up areas of 640 - 900 sqft. The 500 total units offered are designed in 2-bedroom 1 bathroom layouts and 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom layouts. Gamuda Gardens @ Sungai Buloh will be launched in several phases, with the first phase expected to be launched at the end of 2019, Launch prices start at RM 370,000 for the serviced apartments, RM 940,000 for the linked semi-detached houses, and RM 790,000 for the terraced houses. Records show Gamuda Gardens' initial launch in 2017 saw a high take-up rate, particularly for terraced houses.
