This property is a upmarket freehold serviced apartment development developed by a Johor-based property Welton Development Sdn Bhd. It is a fast growing property developer in the southern state of Malaysia, which is founded by Mr Ling Kee Tong. He has broad experiences in the real estate industry and so, making him to be successful as a developer in the southern state Malaysia. Singapore: Zedge Condominiums, Nova 88 Condominiums, National Library Building Singapore are three of the past and relevant projects directed by the Welton Development. Back to their recent development, Green Haven, is themed to be a “green rainforest”. As an eco-friendly developer, the Welton Development focuses on building the Green Haven with green plants growing on the tower blocks. Also, residents of the Green Haven can be away from the crowded and polluted city as there has river and hill surrounded it, acting as a barrier to escape the fast-paced city life and stressful working environment. Green Haven has a lot of unique selling points. They have three concepts in this property, which are rainforest concept that offers large greenery place for relaxation and comfort, community concept and smart living concept.
