Kamelia

Kamelia is a leasehold double-storey terraced house development located in Bernam Jaya, Hulu Selangor, Selangor. It was developed by The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS). PKNS is a statutory body and Selangor state development agency and its mission is to achieve the country's independence through a fair economic distribution and socio-economic growth. PKNS does that through the development of new growth centres, the exploration of vibrant and sustainable residential areas, the development of industrial centres, businesses and various investment activities. The homes at Kamelia have contemporary designs with clean lines, creating an inviting environment for its residents to come home to. Nestled within the township of Bernam Jaya, residents living in Kamelia enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by lush greenery, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are 2 types of layouts for potential purchasers to choose from according to their needs and wants. In terms of accessibility, Kamelia is connected via the North-South Expressway which is only 1km away and the Kuala Lumpur-Ipoh Federal Road which is only 5km away.
