Unfortunately, there are no shopping malls located close to the development project and because of that, residents of Laman Dillenia will have to travel out of town to other neighbouring townships in order to gain access to shopping malls for a wider range of amenities. The security within the compound is 24 hours in order to ensure the safety and security of the residents. Each unit in Laman Dillenia also comes with its own car park for vehicle owners to park their cars and the car park is covered in order to protect them from the rain and sun. Last but not least, there is a playground for the children to spend some of their free time and have fun in.
