LaVille is a leasehold property which is located at Jalan Dutamas 6, Selangor. It falls under one of the areas of Selangor near Cheras. Bhd. and the year of completion for this project is in 2012. Hala Kota Development Sdn. Bhd. is one of the subsidiaries of Y&G Corp Bhd. Y&G Corp Bhd is an investment holding company which provides property construction and management services in Malaysia. It focuses on developing residential, commercial and industrial properties. Meanwhile, Y&G Corp Bhd can be considered as a small scale property developer which already listed in Bursa Malaysia. There were several property projects had been developed under different subsidiaries in other areas of Malaysia. LaVille is designed in a three-storey semi-detached house and terraced house concept and together with a landscaped garden. Besides, it is strategically located near to Silk Highway. There are 129 units available for this project.
