The cluster houses are 35 feet by 70 feet with a land size of 2500 square feet and gross floor area of 4000 square feet. Each cluster house consists of 5 rooms, 5 baths and parking space up to 6 cars. The semi-detached houses also have 3 floors each unit. However, there are 2 types for the semi-detached houses. Type A and Type B. The size of a Type A semi-detached house is 40 feet by 80 feet with a land size of 3200 square feet and a gross floor area of 4500 square feet where the Type B is 40 feet by 90 feet with a land size of 3600 square feet and a gross floor area of 5000 square feet.
