Marvelane Homes By The Lake @ Putra Heights is a leasehold multiple development project located in Putra Palms, Subang Jaya, Selangor. The development project consists of semi-detached houses, cluster houses and bungalow houses. The Marvelane Homes By The Lake @ Putra Heights is a new development projects completed very recently in 2018 by Marvelane Sdn Bhd. Marvelane Sdn Bhd was established in Malaysia in the year of 2004 and it was founded by Ir. Ong Choon Hock, who is a director of Jurutera Perunding Tegap Sdn Bhd. He has vast experience in the real estate as well as the planning and construction of homes and office buildings. Marvelane Homes By The Lake was designed to cater to upper middle to upper class families. As mentioned above, the development project comprises of semi-detached houses, cluster houses. and bungalow houses, cluster houses being the cheapest and bungalow houses being most expensive among the 3 types. Furthermore, this project is more suitable for families that have their own vehicles as there are no nearby public transportation available. The development sits on 23 acres and it is built around a quality lake. There is a total of 46 units within the compound. The cluster houses has 3 floors, ground floor, first floor and second floor. The cluster houses are 35 feet by 70 feet with a land size of 2500 square feet and gross floor area of 4000 square feet. Each cluster house consists of 5 rooms, 5 baths and parking space up to 6 cars. The semi-detached houses also have 3 floors each unit. However, there are 2 types for the semi-detached houses. Type A and Type B. The size of a Type A semi-detached house is 40 feet by 80 feet with a land size of 3200 square feet and a gross floor area of 4500 square feet where the Type B is 40 feet by 90 feet with a land size of 3600 square feet and a gross floor area of 5000 square feet. Both types consists of 6 rooms, 6 baths and parking space up to 6 cars. The bungalow houses have 3 floors for each unit as well. Each bungalow house is 65 feet by 95 feet with a land size of 6600 square feet and a gross floor area of 6500 square feet. Each bungalow unit comes with 7 rooms, 7 baths and parking space up to 6 cars. There are 2 phases for the development of Marvelane Homes. Phase 1 of the development has cluster houses, semi-detached houses and bungalow houses. Phase 2 will have lake-villas and 2 blocks of condominiums. Marvelane Homes as a whole is not complete yet. However, Phase 1 was completed in 2018. Phase 2 is estimated to completed in December 2019.
