Mezzo @ Bukit Jelutong

Mezzo Bukit Jelutong is one of the many upscale and luxury neighborhoods located at the suburb of Shah Alam, Selangor. This area is developed by Guthrie Property Holding Berhad (GPHB), a subsidiary company of Sime Darby. Sime Darby has a long history in property development in Malaysia, spanning a 45-year track record in residential, commercial and industrial properties. They are one of the largest property developers in terms of land bank. As of the time of writing, they have built 23 active townships across Malaysia. Mezzo Bukit Jelutong consists of freehold, semi-detached, residential houses. There are only 46 units available within this neighborhood. Mezzo is a gated and guarded community with the standard procedure of verifying the residents via a security checkpoint. Guests are required to register their entry into the vicinity. It is also a pet friendly community. Around the neighborhood, there are jogging tracks and a playground area for recreational activities. There is also a barbecue area for residents to make use of. Bukit Jelutong was a former oil palm plantation, which was also owned by Guthrie Group. Since then, it grew into a much sought after address in Shah Alam, and sales prices are reaching the ones at the heart of the business center in Klang Valley, such as Petaling Jaya and Subang. In terms of schools, there is a variety of notable schools such as The Olive Trees and Greenview Islamic International School. There are also local schools namely SMK Bukit Jelutong. Medical institutions are also plenty, namely Hospital Umra, Columbia Asia Extended Care Hospital, and AVISENA Specialist Hospital. There are also many medical and dental clinics around the Bukit Jelutong. The sizes of the three-storied semi-detached houses in the community ranges from 3,120sqft to 3,690sqft.
