Mezzo Bukit Jelutong is one of the many upscale and luxury neighborhoods located at the suburb of Shah Alam, Selangor. This area is developed by Guthrie Property Holding Berhad (GPHB), a subsidiary company of Sime Darby. Sime Darby has a long history in property development in Malaysia, spanning a 45-year track record in residential, commercial and industrial properties. They are one of the largest property developers in terms of land bank. As of the time of writing, they have built 23 active townships across Malaysia. Mezzo Bukit Jelutong consists of freehold, semi-detached, residential houses. There are only 46 units available within this neighborhood. Mezzo is a gated and guarded community with the standard procedure of verifying the residents via a security checkpoint. Guests are required to register their entry into the vicinity. It is also a pet friendly community. Around the neighborhood, there are jogging tracks and a playground area for recreational activities. There is also a barbecue area for residents to make use of. Bukit Jelutong was a former oil palm plantation, which was also owned by Guthrie Group. Since then, it grew into a much sought after address in Shah Alam, and sales prices are reaching the ones at the heart of the business center in Klang Valley, such as Petaling Jaya and Subang. Despite to its suburban location, Bukit Jelutong is a 30-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur City Centre. There are also multiple highways and expressways that links Bukit Jelutong to its neighboring cities and states. The highways are North Kland Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), the Federal Highway, and the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE). Bukit Jelutong is also famous for its proximity to golf courses and country clubs. They are Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah, the Glenmarie Golf & Country Club, the Monterez Golf & Country Club, and the Saujana Golf & Country Club. Besides that, there are many parks around in Bukit Jelutong that allows resident and non-residents alike to visit. There are also many shopping malls around such as Space U8, AEON Mall, Star Avenue Lifestyle Mall, Empire Shopping and Empire Shopping Gallery. In terms of schools, there is a variety of notable schools such as The Olive Trees and Greenview Islamic International School. There are also local schools namely SMK Bukit Jelutong. Medical institutions are also plenty, namely Hospital Umra, Columbia Asia Extended Care Hospital, and AVISENA Specialist Hospital. There are also many medical and dental clinics around the Bukit Jelutong. The sizes of the three-storied semi-detached houses in the community ranges from 3,120sqft to 3,690sqft. They come with a 5+2 bedroom and 5 bathrooms layout. Each housing unit is able to fit 2 cars in the porch outside the house. This housing community is completed February of 2011. At launch per unit in Mezzo sells from RM1,750,000 (3,120sqft) to RM1,850,000 (3,690sqft). The listing price for Mezzo Bukit Jelutong ranges from RM2,400,000 to RM2,600,000. The price per square feet is from RM639psf to RM785psf. Estimated rental price is from RM3,900 onwards.
