Nadayu 92 is a freehold medium-cost luxury township offering multiple types of unit for sale. It is situated along Jalan P6/2, Kajang, Selangor. The developer, the reputed Nadayu Properties Berhad was established due to the joint partnership between Mutiara Goodyear Development Group and Harun Faudzar Group. Nadayu Properties Berhad has developed more than 11,000 properties in Malaysia. After being in the industry for more than 30 years, it was recognized by BCI Asia as Malaysia’s Top Ten Developer. It was also given other awards for its achievements in the industry. Nadayu 92 is a gated and guarded township where 24 hours security is available for safeguarding residents and their properties. The perimeter is completely fenced and there is only single point for both exit and entry. Upon entry, outsiders have to register first while residents can use smart access card system. CCTV is equipped at the entrance/exit point for surveillance. Every house has their own space for car parking. Facilities like playground, badminton hall, basketball court, swimming pool and tennis court are available in the community for use by residents only. Residents can utilize these facilities to enjoy their favourite sports and strengthen bond with friends and family. The clubhouse and multipurpose hall are provided for residents to organize event and mingle with each other. Barbeque event can be organized as well as a barbeque area is specially made available for residents. Other than that, a community garden is created for residents to embrace greenery. Amenities like banks, petrol stations, food courts, eateries, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, clinics and hospital are a short drive away. Econsave Bangi is the nearest mall that one can buy a variety of groceries at cheap price, it takes about 9 minutes’ drive to reach. Other malls that are within 20 minutes’ drive are Plaza Metro Kajang, IOI City Mall, Ecohill Walk, Metro Point Complex, Metro Kajang and Mydin Mall Semenyih. There are also many educational institutions nearby, from kindergarten to colleges and universities. Rafflesia International and Private School is located just opposite of Nadayu 92. SK Kajang, SJK(C) Kajang Utama, SMJK(C) Yu Hua, SMK Convent, SMK Tinggi Kajang are not far away as well. Two out of the top five local universities: UKM and UPM are located around 11 km in different directions from Nadayu 92. Bandar Teknologi Kajang, a place where many offices are located, is about 6 minutes’ drive away, if resident happens to be working there, it saves a lot of commuting time. This 70-acre township consists of 119 superlink and link houses with different layouts, eg. with or without balcony. When the sale was first launched in 2010, the selling price for 2-storey, 2.5 storey and 3 storey houses are RM420,000, RM580,000 and 850,000 respectively. The double storey link house has a land area of 22’ x 65’ sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Its current price is around RM665,000. For the 2.5 storey link house, it is 22’ x 70’ with 4 + 1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Lastly, Triple storey superlink house (25’ x 75’ sq ft) has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The current selling price is roughly RM1.2 million. Other prestigious projects developed by Nadayu Properties Berhad are Nadayu 62, Nadayu 28, Taman Lagenda Mas and Nadayu 290 Bukit Gambier.
