It is a low-density apartment development comprising of apartments and serviced suites situated close to Istana Hotel. The developer of One Residency is the famous Lion Group through its property arm Visionwell. However, the LCL Corp is responsible for doing the interior of the development. They have also done high-end commercial and residential properties by designing their interiors for instance, the Berjaya Times Square Hotel.One Residency was developed mainly for resident accommodation.
