One Sentral, Nusajaya is freehold high-rise condominium located in Taman Nusa Sentral, which is acutally in the center of Nusajaya. It is also the first serviced apartment in Nusa Sentral, becoming a landmark amongst its surroundings. The developer of One Sentral is Country View Berhad (CVB). It was incorporated in Malaysia in 1981. Before the incorporation, it was a private limited company known as Country View Realty Sdn. Bhd. Its very first land acquisition was the land in Pulai, Johor with 1,080.23 acres. It was then developed into a mix housing project and the first phase was launched in December 1986, named Taman Universiti. Until today, the developer has established several areas in Johor with 10,919 units of residential and commercial properties and 6,086 units of affordable houses. Example of previous developments done by Country View Berhad were Summer Rose and Taman Nusa Indah. Both of the projects are located in Nusa Sentral. One Sentral has a few unique selling points, making it as a bonus to the serviced apartment. Legal and stamp duty on Sales & Purchase and Loan agreements will be free. The purchaser will bear the Disbursement and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT). The maintenance fee is priced at RM0.30 per sq.ft. The project is completed in November 2016.
