Precinct 15, also known as Presint 15, is a mixed freehold landed residential development that is made up of semi-detached houses with a few rows of shop offices for businesses and retail outlets. Precinct 15 is located in the prestigious and well planned township of Putrajaya, which is also a Federal Territory in Malaysia. This housing area is developed by Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd. Some nearby suburbs are Cyberjaya, Bandar Baru Bangi and Serdang. Precinct 15 is an upmarket, prestigious residential estate within a lush green environment. For public transport, the Putrajaya Sentral has a bus terminal and the Putrajaya MRT Station. Within Precinct 15 itself, there is the Rimba Alam Park with many green trees and places for relaxation with families. Close by is a Lakeside Rest Place, English Garden and Bamboo Walk. For a different experience, visit the Putrajaya Wetlands Park or the Taman Wawasan Putrajaya. The nearby rows of shop lots and offices provide some of the daily amenities of the residents. Many food outlets there serve mainly Malay food with some Chinese and Indian food. 24 hours convenience stores such as 7-11s and other services are also available. Many other restaurants such as Restoran Mr. Khabab & Briyani, Kafe Ikhwan, Mohd Chan Restaurant, Nasi Kandar Ekspress and many others are available in nearby precincts as well. For those who like to browse in shopping malls for more dining, shopping and entertainment, they can visit the famous Alamanda Shopping Center, Shaftesbury Putrajaya Mall, Symphony Walk or IOI City Mall. Alamanda and ioi City Mall have GSC Cinemas as well. For grocery shopping, there are choices of Aeon Big at Alamanda, Tesco at IOI City Mall, Mydin Baazar and D’Mart Putrajaya. At nearby Cyberjaya, there are many more choices of shopping malls like D’Pulze and supermarkets like Giant. There are several nearby hospitals and medical centers including Outpatient Specialist Medical Center, Putrajaya Hospital and Serdang Hospital, Other private hospitals are quite a distance away in Puchong and Subang Jaya. For those looking for schools and Colleges, there are choices of Nexus International School Malaysia and Sekolah Sultan Alam Shah, which are within Precinct 15 itself. Other options are Tanarata International School, The International Modern Arabic School and Raffles International Private Schools. Facilities provided for residents are 24 hours security, covered carpark and landscaped gardens. As mentioned, Precinct 15 has a few rows of 3-storey commercial shop offices.
