20 units of 1-story terrace houses are proposed to be built. The project is expected to be completed in June 2025. The development offers different house types including Type A and Type B. Type A houses are located on lots PTD 6847 to PTD 6854 and lots PTD 6859 to PTD 6866. Type B houses are situated on lots PTD 6855 to PTD 6858. Amenities include a kitchen sink, wash basins, a shower, a toilet, and electrical points for lights, sockets, fans, TV, water heater, and air conditioning. Telephone cable point is also available. The exterior walls will have weather-resistant paint and interior walls will be finished with emulsion paint. The floor will be tiled in the bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedrooms while the terrace and car parking area will have a cement finish. The project also includes the construction of fences, a concrete and metal framed roof structure with plaster ceiling and walls made of clay or sand bricks.
