Residensi Junjong is a freehold terraced property located at the heart of Kulim, Kedah. Once a Communist Fort, Kulim is a home to 300 to 500k residents. Among the projects that are developed by Perbadanan PR1MA are Residensi Sungai Ular,Residensi Pulau Sebang, and Residensi Permatang Pauh. Other projects that are available in that area are Residensi Sungai Ular, Taman Jati Flat Kulim (Block A B C D), Residensi Junjong, Taman Seroja, Kulim, Kulim Square Flat and Taman Seluang.
