SiLC, also known as the Southern Industrial Logistic Clusters, is a freehold industrial park located along Jalan Kemajuan SiLC in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. The project comprises a multi-phase 1,300-acre industrial development created to serve a wide range of industries from global companies and businesses. SiLC was completed in 2016 by UEM Sunrise Berhad, and is currently launching its third phase of development, with both previous phases fully sold out.
