Sunway Mutiara is a freehold landed property development comprising 50 units of double-storey terraced and semi-detached houses located in Bayan Lepas Penang. Sunway Mutiara was completed in 2008 and it is developed by Sunway Integrated Properties Sdn Bhd. The Penang International Airport is mere distance away.
