Sutramas @ Puchong is a freehold serviced apartment nested in the heart of the prime locality of Persiaran Puchong Jaya Selatan in Bandar Puchong Jaya, commonly known as the Puchong. As already mentioned, the apartment is located at the industrial hub of the Puchong Jaya City and therefore can be easily accessed by mostly all public transportation. Within 2kms radius lies the IOI Puchong Jaya LRT, Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT and Taman Perindustrian Puchong LRT. One can also easily find taxi and bus stops along the Damansara-Puchong Highway which is at a walkable distance from the apartment. Apart from that, the popular IOI Boulevard housing a number of eateries, Jaya Shopping Centre and AEON IOI Mall are within a short drive away from the Sutramas. The nearest colleges from the apartment are RIMA College, Optima International college, Kolej TAJ, SJKC Padang Harcoft, Binary International College to name a few.
