Taman Lestari Putra

Taman Lestari Putra is a mixed freehold project located along Jalan LEP 5/2, Lestari Putra, in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. It consists of both residential 2-storey terraced houses and retail shop lots. The project was originally developed by Talam Corporation, and completed in 2010. Talam Corporation, later rebranded to Talam Transform Berhad, was one of Malaysia’s leading real estate developers in the 1990’s. They hold a long and established history in developing many large residential projects throughout Klang Valley and Selangor, with many properties in high demand. Talam Transform’s commitment to affordability and quality living is reflected in their current and future projects, and their brand continues to remain well-known within the real-estate sector. Taman Lestari is a collection of terraced houses located within the highly-sought after location in Klang Valley. Their practical design and architecture coupled with affordable prices makes them an attractive choice for homeowners or tenants looking to stay within the area. Taman Lestari Putra is subdivided into the Amaryllis and Artemisia projects, both of which are double story terraced developments. Artemisia comprises 152 units while Amaryllis has 275 units, forming a total of 427 units. The lot sizes of units range between 20’ x 70’ and 18’ x 65’ depending on project type. 35 shop lots were also developed within the compound. Units are most commonly available as 4-bedroom 3-bathroom layouts, with a land area ranging from approximately 1,100 –3,500 sqft. The units are available as non-furnished, partially furnished or fully furnished properties, and are equipped with all the basic electrical points and other installations. Taman Lestari Putra is a mixed residential and commercial estate originally developed by Lestari Puchong Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Talam Corporation. It was originally scheduled for completion in 2006, but due to complications the project was abandoned by the original developer before being taken up by IJM Land, as enlisted by the Selangor state government. The project was subsequently completed in 2010. Despite the complications during development, Taman Lestari Putra remains a modestly attractive property due to its strategic location within Klang Valley, and its affordable prices as a landed property. Individual units are available at estimated sales prices of RM 368,000 – RM 1,380,000, with a PSF value of RM 250 – RM 486. Rental prices are estimated to be approximately RM 1,450 – RM 1,600. Other projects by Talam Corporation are Spring Ville, Meadow Park 2, Vista Lavender, and Pangsapuri Suria.
