Taman Semenyih Merah is a terrace housing area along the Kajang – Seremban Highway in Semenyih, Selangor. The housing development is a freehold development was headed by Home City Group Sdn Bhd, an ISO9001 certified company. Home City group have various projects around the Semenyih area which comprises of more luxurious living environment to terrace houses. They have done and developed many properties including single-storey terrace houses, double-story terrace houses, semi-detached houses, bungalow and even shop houses around Malaysia. Even within the suburbs, Taman Semenyih Mewah is located on the outskirts of Semenyih. Distance to KL is around 40 minutes (40km). Similarly, the distance to Kuala Lumpur International Airport is around 40 minutes away. There are multiple highways and expressways available to go to neighbouring cities and states; SILK Highway, the Kajang-Seremban Expressway (LEKAS), Federal Route 1, Jalan Bangi, and Kajang – Seremban Highway. KTM access is available at the nearby Kajang KTM station. Popular attractions in the locale are Ostrich Wonderland Show Farm and natural waterfalls. Locally, there are busses available that goes around Semenyih such as the UNMC-Kajang Shuttle Bus and the rapidKL bus T450 joining Semenyin town to Stadium Kajang MRT station. The schools available in Semenyih township are Sekolah Kebangsaan Semenyih, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bandar Rinching, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bandar Rinching, Sekolah Menengah Engku Husain, and Sekolah Kebangsaan Hulu Semenyih. One of the more prestigious education institutions is the University of Nottingham’s Malaysia Campus. There is a shuttle bus that ferrys students to the university daily. Residents have a variety of options when it comes to education here. The main hospital available in the area is the Kajang Hospital. However, there are many clinics available around the Semenyih town. There are quite a number of local shopping malls around Semenyih, such as Echohill Walk, Mydin Mall, Bazaar Mara, and Jusco.
