This development was developed by Tanming Berhad (a medium-sized real estate company) and is completed in the year of 2007. The development of the Taman Taming Maju purposed to target for the lower-middle and upper-middle-income group, who is also preferring an affordable and comfortable living environment with 24 hours high security and high protected privacy. Due to the strict guarded security, the residents of Taman Taming Maju do no need to worry about their safety or any criminal cases. Taman Taming Maju has a simple and same concept of the outlook design, which makes it looks clean and neat. With its strategic location in the booming Cheras, residents are given much ease to access the amenities around Taman Taming Maju. Facilities are also provided in Taman Taming Maju for the residents to use without any extra charges. Taman Taming Maju has high accessibility to many major highways with the likes of SLK Highway, KL-Seremban Highway, KESAS Highway and Cheras-Kajang Expressway. On the other hand, the apartment is a 5 storey of a building which consists of a total of 80 units only. Taman Taming Maju was first launched in February 2005 and was then completed in June 2007. However, the launching price is currently not listed yet.
