The Maris Desaru Coast

The Maris is a collection of leasehold resort-style homes in Desaru Coast, a premium resort destination in Desaru, Johor. This project is a joint venture between UEM Sunrise Berhad and Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels Sdn Bhd (TARH), the tourism arm of Khazanah Nasional Bhd.
