  Spacious Units With Strong Accessibility

  Toured 10 Semantan Suites today. The units are reasonably spacious compared to many newer KL condos, and the building has straightforward access to Sprint Highway and Jalan Duta. Practical for anyone who prioritises connectivity over facilities-heavy condos.

  Quiet, Business-District Environment

  The area around 10 Semantan Suites is calm despite being near the business district. Not much congestion right at the doorstep, and the surroundings feel clean and professional. Good fit for working professionals who want a quieter KL address.

  Prime Location Near Damansara & KL

  Checked out 10 Semantan Suites and the location is genuinely strategic. It sits right along Jalan Semantan, giving fast access to Damansara Heights, Bangsar, and KL city. Great if you need quick highway links for daily commuting.

  Gorgeous residence

  Amazing bang for buck , fantastic address ( Damansara heights) at a fraction of the premium you would normally pay in the area. Built in 2008 with very expensive finishing and amazing design. Rooftop swimming pool, gorgeous views of the city or greenery depending on unit purchased/rent. A sound investment with amazing and constant rentals from students at university / expats/ younger professionals.

  very old with overpriced rental and choosy

  Located beside the road with no eating places or convenient stores nearby.

  Rental

  16year old building that looks like 60 years old. Management dont both maintaining. Living condition walls are NOT sound proof you can even hear the footsteps of people walking outside.
