I booked a unit at Ataraxia Park for myself, and I really like how peaceful it feels. The layout of the unit is modern and easy to maintain. The area is safe and well-connected to shops and restaurants nearby. It feels like a perfect spot for someone living alone but wanting comfort and convenience.

Practical, but still pretty
I like that Ataraxia Park at Forest City feels calm and green, with lots of trees and walking paths right around the buildings. The units look nice and clean with practical designs, and I think they’d feel spacious inside with good light coming through the windows. There’s a gym, pool, and kids’ playground spots enough to hang out and relax without feeling crowded. I feel it would be safe and peaceful to live in. Restaurants, shops, and everyday shops are just a short drive away, which is good for daily life.

Everything feels new and neat
Being here means enjoying a slow-paced, quiet lifestyle. The air feels fresher compared to city areas. So, the unit are spacious with a decent layout, and I really enjoy the balcony view. But sometimes it does feel a bit isolated. While Forest City looks impressive from the outside, there aren’t many people around. Shops and dining options are limited unless you’re willing to drive out. Facilities in the condo are well-kept, and the environment is definitely more relaxing than busy city living. It is a good choice if you're looking for a slower pace, and don’t mind the distance from central areas.

It just feels right living here
This Ataraxia Park spot already completed, and vibes really solid! Got outdoor swimming pool plus kids’ pool perfect place if got small chaps around. Balcony and kitchenette come standard, nice for kopi and kuih sessions at home. Plus, got shared garden/walkway connecting parks, quite serene for evening strolls. Self-parking provided (free in most units), air-conditioning, and multilingual staff for convenience also. Nearby got growing number of amenities, grocery, cafes and whatnot, so everyday needs all covered. Facilities all up and running, and the place already feels like a cozy chill zone by the sea.
