Lifestyle + Flexibility Combo
Emporis offers you more than a plain condo: you get shoplots, duplex options, transit access, many facilities. For medium-term owners I see value. But over 10+ years, how well the building ages, how maintenance is done, how lease term declines — that’s what’ll determine whether your unit holds value. Don’t just pick by layout; pick by orientation, finishing, and long-term upkeep. -

Serviced Apartment Feel, Yet Condo Scale
We rent a 2-bed serviced unit, fully furnished. It’s comfortable and easy to turn over to guests or tenants. The wide pricing band helped us pick a mid-floor unit that balances cost vs view. But mornings can be busy with lifts, and sometimes cleanliness / minor repairs get delayed. So being hands-on with management helps. -

Good Mix of Convenience & Condo Life
I’ve lived in Emporis for about 2 years now. The layout, access to shops, and amenities are pretty solid. The 50 m pool is something I use often, the gym is decent. But depending on which side & floor you get, the noise from Persiaran Surian can creep in. My advice: aim for the quieter side, higher up. Also, some units are better maintained than others — inspect carefully. -

Ideally located
Besides the lovely development, I bought into Emporis for its ideal location. I’ve managed to cut down my office commute, my elderly parents are close to the amazing Thomson hospital where they visit for regular checkups since my father’s operation, and my wife gets all her shopping done right next door. She’s an independent woman who earns and spends, but my god, how much shopping can a woman do! Anyway, great location for all of us. -

Stone's throw away from work
Since I work in PJ, I was looking to rent a condo here to reduce travel time to work. Emporis Kota Damansara was perfect for me as work is now just a stone's throw away compared to my old place. Since it's such a new project, I was able to move straight into a brand-new house. My landlord hardly drops by so I don’t think I will have to shift any time soon. All in all, the facilities are top notch and the mall has a Jaya Grocer too which is perfect. -

Fits me like a glove
Emporis seems to fit me like a glove. I was initially against purchasing a condo in a mixed development project but my wife convinced me to check it out. My skepticism comes from potential chaos of a mall outside your house, but I ended up really liking the place, so we went ahead and bought it. The good thing is that the residence is neatly tucked away with no disturbance to residents, while having shopping facilities outside your house just makes life so much more convenient. -
