Eco Ardence is an eco-township that is expected to be a vibrant sub-urban city of art, culture, and commerce. This joint-venture between Eco World Development Group Bhd and Cascara Sdn Bhd is located just before Setia Alam in Shah Alam.
The 533-acre development has a gross development value (GDV) of RM8.58bil and will feature Garden Homes (2,400 sq ft), semi-detached houses (2,600 sq ft) and bungalows (between 3,000 sq ft and 4,200 sq ft). The project will be developed over the next 10 to 15 years.
Aeres (Phase 1) introduced 432 residential units in 2016. Following that, Dremien (Phase 2) was launched in 2017 and will have 259 residential units, while Ardence Crest (Phase 3) was also launched in 2017 and will comprise 160 units of two- and three-storey shop lots.
In September 2018, Phase 1 of Nara was launched and it comprises 308 garden homes (2-storey terraced units) and courtyard homes (townhouses). In May 2019, the first phase of Cora was launched, offering 71 units comprising 44 semi-detached houses and 27 bungalows.
Eco Ardence offers gated and guarded landed strata homes, and each unit will come with a garden ranging between 20 sq ft and 30 sq ft. It is expected to offer dream homes for residents, with its finishing and detailing that aim to give the interior a spacious and fluid layout, while adding a touch of class.
Eco Ardence’s sales gallery was opened in January 2018. The sales gallery consists of 2 storeys and has a built-up area of 24,000 sq ft. It has an event hall, gourmet kitchen, an office, amenities, landscaping, and an open-air carpark.
To provide a different kind of buying experience, the developers have introduced a “container concept” for its retail space. As part of the commercial component of Eco Ardence, the 27-acre Ardence Labs offers spaces built out of shipping containers set in a lakefront environment. All 432 landed homes in Aeres were sold out within a year and will be handed over to the owners in October 2019. The second housing precinct called Dremien, was launched in 2017 and is expected to see handover in October 2020.
