Grandezza has exclusive access to the 24,500 sq ft clubhouse, which features an elegant cube-inspired architecture. In the vicinity are sculptured trees, a roundabout with water features, and a dramatic entrance statement.
Eco Majestic is an integrated, mixed-use development that has attracted many families and investors since its launch in May 2014. Located in the leafy suburb of Semenyih-Kajang corridor, this self-sustaining master planned township has a gross development value (GDV) of over RM11 billion.
Eco Majestic is EcoWorld’s flagship township in the Klang Valley, and it is also the first township by EcoWorld to have its own auxiliary police office. Additionally, there would be security cameras all around the township for greater peace of mind. EcoWorld launched its own auxiliary police unit in 2015.
Since its first launch of terraced homes in May 2014, Eco Majestic has introduced bungalow lots, cluster homes, semi-detached homes, apartments, and shop offices to the market.
Eco Majestic is inspired by the grace and beauty of the Straits Era. As you make your way across the red-paved (simulating the red carpet treatment) bridge towards Eco Majestic, you are entering an elegant and serene development.
There are two hubs for leisure and commerce respectively. They are located at the heart of Eco Majestic – lifestyle sports centre and commercial centre. There are both indoor and outdoor facilities such as swimming pools, football fields, indoor futsal courts, badminton, basketball, and squash courts, a sports hall, and function rooms in Eco Majestic.
A self-sustaining township, Eco Majestic has 9 gated and guarded precincts. As part of EcoWorld’s vision of championing eco-friendly developments, Eco Majestic was created in line with the company’s green and sustainability initiatives. The development incorporates backlane gardens, side gardens, and private gardens in each precinct. Residents can also go for a stroll or jog around Swan Lake in the 20-acre Majestic Park.
As for public amenities, there are hypermarkets, retail malls, educational institutions, healthcare, sporting facilities, and recreational parks in the vicinity. Additionally, residents can shop and dine at the 150-acre commercial hub – Eco Majestic City. Eco Majestic City will feature shops, cafes, restaurants, and other businesses. A Japanese retail supermarket is targeted to be completed by 2020.

Project Details
Three parcels of affordable housing was launched in 2015 – Simfoni, Karisma and Harmoni Apartments. There are a total of 2,520 units of low-to-medium-costs homes, and keys for these apartments have been handed over. Despite its affordable price, the units carry the Eco World DNA (Design-Nature-Art) with its white facade, entrance statement, 24-hour manned guardhouse and linear parks, to name a few.
Apartments’ residents will also enjoy access to a range of amenities at the Eco Majestic township. This includes hypermarkets, retail malls, educational institutions, healthcare, sporting facilities and recreational parks.
Over a four‐year period, four residential precincts (Cradleton, Tenderfields, Gentlebre and Merrydale) with a total of 1,967 units and two phases of shop offices (Brighton and Ivoris) with a total of 148 units have been completed and handed over.
Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) has also inked a memorandum of service agreement (MoA) with Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) to provide connectivity to residents of Eco Majestic. The high-speed connectivity will assist in creating a vibrant community in Eco Majestic, and it could be an incentive for homeowners to move in faster, and for businesses to grow.

Location
Eco Majestic is easily accessible through its East Gate via Jalan Semenyih, North Gate via the Red Carpet Bridge, and West Gate via the Eco Majestic interchange on Kajang-Seremban Expressway (LEKAS).
A dedicated interchange was completed and opened in 2016. It provides an additional entry and exit point to the Eco Majestic township. Exit 2102A on the LEKAS Highway and it will lead you straight into Eco Majestic’s commercial precinct via the Eco Majestic toll plaza. This has improved the township’s connectivity and reduced travelling time to less than 40 minutes to Kuala Lumpur city centre (KLCC).
The interchange costs RM50 million and the developer had also spent another RM165 million on improving existing infrastructure and construction of new road networks into the township. In total, EcoWorld has invested RM215 million to improve connectivity and accessibility into the Eco Majestic township.
The interchange is expected to benefit the residents, community and businesses in surrounding areas such as Rinching and Beranang. This connectivity will bring growth and vibrancy to the Semenyih corridor.
The development is also connected to various highways and expressways such as Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North-South Highway (PLUS), Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), and Cheras-Kajang Highway.
Within Eco Majestic is the 150-acre Majestic City commercial centre, which features a hotel and shopping mall that aims to complete the township and create job opportunities. For those venturing out of Eco Majestic, the approximate drive time to other areas are as below.

Analysis
Besides the attractive prices, buyers have been attracted to the overall concept of Eco Majestic and the lifestyle it offers. Furthermore, they are aware of the project’s investment potential as it is located in the up-and-coming Semenyih corridor.
Eco Majestic is for the middle-class to affluent young families who want a peaceful and gated community for their children to grow up in.
There is a perception that Semenyih is far from the city, and this is exactly why the developer has invested approximately RM165 million in creating good road network which links the project to major highways.
A big emphasis in Eco Majestic is the preservation of flora and fauna for the ecosystem and community. That’s why Eco Majestic has transplanted more than 300 trees. The landscaping also focuses on detention ponds, and parks for recreational activities, which also work as cooling agents, security buffer, flood mitigation and natural habitat for animals.
Apart from incorporating bicycle and foot paths to reduce carbon footprint, 23% of the entire township has been dedicated to parks. EcoWorld has another development just 10 minutes away, the Eco Forest, which takes on the green focus as well.

Summary
Semenyih is a growing catchment area, as the population settling there has steadily increased. Designed around a colonial theme, EcoMajestic’s master plan includes 150 acres dedicated for development as a commercial hub that will make it the centre of business and economic activity for the Kajang, Bangi and Semenyih vicinity.
The launch of Eco Majestic follows the success of its first two projects, the EcoBotanic in Nusajaya, Johor, and EcoSky, located off Jalan Ipoh in Kuala Lumpur. The response has boosted the developer’s confidence that there is a steady demand for their properties. Apart from Eco Majestic, EcoWorld simultaneously launched two other new development projects, the Eco Spring and Eco Summer in Tebrau, Johor
If you are interested in a 2-storey terrace house that is priced at RM650,000, your monthly repayment amounts to approximately RM2,895 per month. This is based on a 30-year 90% LTV loan of RM585,000 and an interest rate of 4.3%.
