If you think Seri Kembangan is far, Bangi is even further away. This can be done by gauging the distance between the location of Southville City with the One South, which is 10 kilometres further south of The Mines Shopping Fair via the North-South Expressway. Travelling down this highway for another 20 km will bring you to Southville City.

Cerrado Suites is located adjacent to the North-South Highway. Southville City occupies 428 acres of land in Bangi, located 40 kilometres south of Kuala Lumpur via the North-South Highway.

The standout features of this township is an interchange that leads in to the township and out on to the North South Expressway. When ready, this interchange will have 8 incoming lanes and 6 outgoing lanes. With a direct interchange, travelling to the Kuala Lumpur city centre is shortened to 19 kilometres. This interchange is estimated to be ready by the first quarter of 2018.

Bangi is a town that is near Bandar Baru Bangi, Putrajaya, Kajang and Nilai, followed by Cheras, then Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) – 20 minutes away by car. But the closest existing township is the mostly landed Bandar Seri Putra whereas the nearest existing commercial centre is Bangi Avenue.

In terms of universities, the towns of Seri Kembangan, Kajang and Bangi, with large land parcels of is known to be peppered with universities.

There are 8 universities in the area. There’s University Kebangsaan Malaysia, German Malaysian Insititute, University Tenaga Nasional, University Putra Malaysia, Cyberjaya University of Medical Sciences, University Multimedia and LimKokWing University of Creative Technology.

Among the major highways that support these southern towns, the KL-Seremban Highway is the most proximate to Southville City. We all know that the Sungai Besi Toll Exit (1 minute away) is currently widely-used as an entry point to Bangi.

In addition to developing Southville City, Mah Sing is also concurrently building a 15-lane direct interchange in to Southville City. Officiated by the Ministry of Works in November 2014, this interchange will lead traffic (in and out of the township) direct from the KL-Seremban Highway, North-South Highway or Jalan Kajang-Dengkil. Its completion is set for the second quarter of 2018.

The Bangi KTM Station is located 3 kilometres away, followed by the UKM KTM Station at 8 kilometres. The Putrajaya MRT station is 10 kilometres away. As we all know by now, the completion date for MRT Line 1 will precede MRT Line 2. So we shall wait for the news of the MRT1’s successful completion by July 2017.

In terms of leisure, Taman Botani in Putrajaya is located 17 km away. For healthcare facilities, Hospital Serdang and Hospital Putrajaya is located within a 23-kilometre radius. To practise your golf swing, you have 3 choices to choose from. There’s Bangi Golf Resort, UPM Golf Course, or Palm Garden Golf Club – all reachable within 20 kilometres.

There are also 3 shopping malls, 2 in Putrajaya and 1 in Seri Kembangan. There’s Alamanda Shopping Mall and IOI City Mall in Putrajaya (15 to 19 km in distance) and The MINES Shopping Fair in Seri Kembangan (22 km away).

Each tower at Cerrado Suites have slightly lower densities compared to units of Phase 1 Savanna Executive Suites, which have a total of 8 towers altogether. Both of these high-rise residential towers are located between 300 to 500 metres from the shopping mall in Southville City.

If you cherish privacy, then Cerrado Suites will be a better choice for you. Compared to Savanna Executive Suites, Cerrado Suites has less lifestyle shops in close proximity of the residential towers. In terms of maintenance fee, Cerrado Suites’ maintenance fee is higher than that of Savanna Executive Suites.
