Analysis

Given the unit sizes, layout, and features, Trinity Wellnessa is well-suited for a wide range of audience – first-time homebuyers, singles, working professionals, young couples, young and multi-generational families, upgraders, retirees, and investors. The developer is targeting owner-occupiers for about 65% of the units, while the rest would be targeted at investors.
