The Parque Residences at Eco Sanctuary has access to a myriad of amenities within a 5km radius. According to the developer, there are customers who bought a unit at The Parque Residences as their retirement home. This is due to its amenities, greenery and safe environment. Most of them are currently staying in landed homes and want to downsize as their children have left home.
