The Parque Residences is the first high-rise residential development in Eco Sanctuary. The 27-acre development is the third phase of the 308-acre Eco Sanctuary township at the south of Kota Kemuning, about 40km from Kuala Lumpur.

The township encompasses landed homes, condominiums, wellness apartments, shop offices, a mall, office towers, a hotel, and a convention centre. The Eco Sanctuary township is developed by EcoWorld Development Group.

ClubHouse

As EcoWorld develops townships over the years, various elements have been introduced, including digitally enabled communities, and wellness components such as the Eco Sanctuary Care Hub. This hub is Malaysia’s first 24/7 in-condominium care service designed.

This pilot project kicked off in The Parque Residences, where the hub offers 24/7 nurse-on-call services and a care manager to attend to any care service requests.

The Parque Residences was marketed as a low density, luxury condominium development, with 7 acres of green, open spaces. The residence was completed in 2018.

The-Revel

There are over 28 facilities at The Parque Residences, including a swimming pool, cafe and entertainment room, gymnasium, badminton courts, convenience centre, jogging path, yoga deck, entertainment room, and community garden, among others. The Parque Residences has a 60,000 sq ft clubhouse, where the Eco Sanctuary Care Hub (Malaysia’s first 24/7 in-condominium care service) is located. This is a concept pioneered by Eco Sanctuary, and the hub is operated by Aged Care Group Sdn Bhd (ACG). The hub offers services that working adults with elderly parents or young children living with them will appreciate. It provides peace of mind, knowing that someone at the hub can look out for their parents.

Grillmasters-Station

The maintenance fee is about 30 sen per sq ft, and it includes a once-a-month free consultation for a resident of each unit at the care hub by a doctor, whilst a nurse is available 24/7 to handle any emergencies.

According to the developer, there are customers who bought a unit at The Parque Residences as their retirement home. This is due to its amenities, greenery and safe environment. Most of them are currently staying in landed homes and want to downsize as their children have left home.
