Sunway Montana is an ecological and low-density freehold project with a gross development value (GDV) of RM590 million. The 56.4-acre development has a 5-unit per acre scheme, and it is located in Desa Melawati, Ulu Klang.

The 56-acre development consists of 2 phases of villas, semi-detached houses, and townhouses. The first phase comprised 3-storey courtyard villas and 3-storey semi-detached houses. The subsequent phase consisted of courtyard villas, and Sunway Montana’s final phase is the townhouse series which was launched in December 2012.


The development’s award-winning clubhouse is 19,000 sq ft, featuring an overhang structure for shade and natural ventilation, sunshade louvres, photovoltaic panels, rainwater harvesting, and an open layout for natural light and ventilation.

Project Details

Sunway Montana is a low density residential project, with country homes, semi-detached houses, courtyard villas and townhouses. For the semi-detached houses, all bedrooms are en suite, and the master bedroom features a luxurious walk-in wardrobe and balcony.
