With Bradford Residences, buyers can opt for a second configuration with an attic that can be used as study or storage area. On the other hand, Dover Residences has two layouts – one has a family area, while the other has an extra study area next to the master bedroom.

As for Swinford and Elford, details have not yet been revealed. The developer also plans to launch Brienz Residences, which are bungalows with large land area of 80ft x 90ft, but details are not yet known as well.

In addition, the development contains many remarkable facilities inspired by the spring season. There are boulevards lined with trees with separate pedestrian and cycling lanes. There’s a majestic entrance, a signature bridge, and an eye-catching roundabout which are further accentuated by the project’s thematic landscape with vibrant flowers and verdant flora.

Eco Spring - Chester Residence

As shown by the table above, Eco Spring offers the lowest priced freehold landed homes versus two other projects in the vicinity – Taman Desa Tebrau and Sunway Lenang Heights. However, bear in mind that the subject project’s psf price is slightly higher as the built-up area is significantly smaller than the other two.

Another good thing about this gated and guarded development is its communal facilities and hi-tech security features. Having a home in Eco Spring also feels like living within an exclusive enclave due to its grandiose structures, like its gate and majestic bridge.

Eco Spring - Dover Residence

There are scant downsides to this project. Among them is the smaller built-up area and the higher number of homes compared to Taman Desa Tebrau and Sunway Lenang Heights. Moreover, if you’re a new buyer with only a budget of up to RM1 million, we recommend purchasing a home in Eco Spring’s newer sister township, Eco Summer, since  you can buy a landed home there for only RM900,000, as the units are smaller.

With Eco Spring’s generous unit sizes as well as the adequate number of bedrooms and bathrooms, these landed homes are ideal for big households. They are also an excellent choice for investment thanks to its freehold status, coupled with Tebrau’s nearness to Johor Bahru city centre and Singapore.

Assuming you take out a RM1,104,000 loan (80% LTV) with an interest rate of 4.6% that is payable in 30 years to purchase a RM1,380,000 unit in Eco Spring, your monthly debt instalments work out to RM5,660.

Following experts’ advice that your monthly expenses on housing should not exceed 30% of your salary, you need an income of at least RM18,867 per month to be able to afford a unit in this freehold project.
