Location
d’Laman Greenville in Bukit Tinggi Klang is surrounded by several developments, namely Bayuemas, Bandar Parklands and Gravit8.
Via Persiaran Delima 3, residents of d’Laman Greenville can get to Jalan Pendamaran. From that road, you can get to Jalan Langat and travel via KESAS Highway to get to Shah Alam/Subang. From Jalan Langat, you can access the Federal Highway, which leads to Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. From Jalan Langat, you can also transverse the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) to reach Damansara and the capital. But South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), which leads to Kajang, is a bit farther.
The development is also adjacent to a 7.9ha freehold land that was bought by WCT in 2015. The company plans to develop the site into a commercial mixed-use project with a gross development value of RM2.7 billion. And that integrated development is expected to have a station, when the third phase of LRT3 project is completed.
The project is also close to malls and supermarkets. AEON Bukit Tinggi Mall is a 10-minute car ride, while Giant Hypermarket in Bandar Bukit Tinggi and Tesco Extra Klang are farther at 15 minutes.
If you have kids, finding a school is not a problem as SRJK(C) Hin Hua Klang is 13 minutes by car, while Hin Hua High School and Regent International School are under 20 minutes. Lastly, Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital and Manipal Hospital Klang are within 12 minutes.
Analysis
One project we can compare with d’Laman Greenville is the nearby Bandar Parklands, which was also developed by WCT Land Sdn Bhd. Although units at the latter are more affordable, the former is more expensive as it is intended as a high-end product targeted for the wealthy. For instance, the gated and guarded community has an exclusive clubhouse, in addition to having better landscaping and a lake.
If you can afford to spend RM1.35 million or RM2.25 million then go ahead, a home at d’Laman Greenville is worth it, given its spaciousness, posh facilities, and freehold status. But if it’s too pricey, we recommend freehold condominiums in the area like Arca and Trio by Setia. Units at both projects are significantly more affordable, but these only offer a high-rise lifestyle.

Summary
According to a property connoisseur, when he visited d’Laman Greenville in August 2017, the development looked like a ghost town with lights at most homes turned off even though it was just 8pm.
While the situation was disappointing back then, d’Laman Greenville holds promise as it is located adjacent to a 7.9ha freehold site that WCT plans to use for a RM2.7 billion integrated development, and that massive commercial project is anticipated to house an LRT3 station. Phase II of the LRT3 project is expected to be completed by 2025, while there’s no official confirmation yet on phase III which will include the station near d’Laman Greenville.
