Unfortunately, this is also the sole and most convenient route of exit to the Subang and Kelana Jaya area. The reason for the constant congestions here is due to what some deem as the overpopulation of homes and residents at Ara Damansara, who only have one route option to get to Federal Highway which is through Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang where the exit from the NKVE ends up at as well.
It is rather unfortunate therefore that all the other highways that Radia Residences has convenient access to leads not to the city. The Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) which is minutes away from home provides convenient access to Rawang while the North-South Expressway Central Link provides travellers heading north or south a convenient and direct escape to the highways. The advantage in this is that both Sepang and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is only 45 minutes away.
Another subject of massive importance are supermarkets for the residents of Radia Residences where they can shop for their groceries. The closest hypermarkets to home with convenient access to is Giant and Tesco, two of the best hypermarkets in Malaysia. For better quality or imported goods, there is also a Jaya Grocer nearby which caters more to the upmarket and expatriates.
Taking all the above into account, Radia Residences is a conveniently located development for those who prefer the quiet and peace of a rather more out-of-the-way home as compared to the busy city life, but they may need to put up with more traffic congestion and less convenient accessibility in additional payment for their serenity. For some this may be asking for too much, but for others this may be exactly what they wish for in their home.
