Project Details

Upcoming developments opposite the CIQ:

According to sales executive Kenny, the existing open air car park opposite the CIQ or JB Sentral is going to be converted into a Rail Transit System (RTS) station at Bukit Chagar that is scheduled to be fully operational sometime in 2018 or 2019. This train station will be connect commuters to the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Woodlands station in Singapore.

This is good news for the hundreds of thousands of Malaysians, and foreign nationals, who work in Singapore and is also hunting for affordable properties in Johor Bahru.

Summary

Block B of Twin Danga Residence is currently open for sale. Thirty percent of units at block B have already been snapped up so far. According to sales executive Kenny, units at Block A may be open for sale sometime in November, 2015.

The sales executive also shares that adjacent to Twin Danga Residence are undeveloped lands owned by two major property developers. They predict landed property projects although this is still yet to be confirmed.

The CIQ serves as the landmark to gauge the value of properties in Johor. What can be said is that Twin Danga Residence is well-linked to the Coastal Highway, the Second Link Highway, and is within easy reach of the CIQ.
