Accessibility is a major point

This part of Jalan Ampang exudes the prestigious title as the home to the international elites. This prime area is the ‘office’ to 50 embassies as well as numerous expats who are calling Kuala Lumpur as their home away from home. Pavilion Embassy is strategically located along the main road of Jalan Ampang, heading towards Ampang Hilir. Without a doubt, Jalan Ampang is the ‘it’ postcode to have when it comes to stature.

Great location (Source Google Map)

Pavilion Embassy is extremely accessible with various means of transportation. It is well connected to various main roads in Kuala Lumpur. One can find themselves along Jalan Ampang that could easily take them to the centre of the city within less than ten minutes. Entries and exit points to AKLEH and DUKE are located extremely nearby. Residences can find the entry point of Plaza Tol Dato Keramat around the corner prior entering AKLEH. For those heading to DUKE, you can take Jalan Datuk Keramat and head on towards to Jalan Maktab. The entrance is right beside PULAPOL.  MRR2 is also accessible via Jalan Ampang. Meanwhile, Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Pahang are interconnected as well.

Construction in progress

Great news for the residents here. There is an ongoing construction of an elevated intersection is taking place within this area. The crossroads will be built in between Jalan Ampang and Jalan Jelatek as this will provide more options for commuters heading in and out of Jalan Ampang. The construction is expected to be done in 2017. This is a great news as this area is known for bottleneck jams.

Summary

This is an exclusive development that will attract expats and well-to-do folks all around. The location itself could justify the price tag as it is conveniently and strategically located along Jalan Ampang. This is the ultimate lure to both developers and potential owners. Luckily for Pavilion Embassy, most of the buildings that are located nearby are low rise apartments and bungalows. Just a heads up in regards to the situation here. The route here is heavily congested as there is an ongoing construction of the elevated road extension that aims to mitigate traffic here. In additional to that, the roads are a bit bent and crooked as well. Hopefully, when all constructions end, Pavilion Embassy won’t get too distracted with any bottleneck jams.
