In terms of pricing, it is quite competitive between Symphony and its immediate rivals such as Sejati Residences and Garden Residences. The trio are exclusively targeted to the upmarket and they command a premium valuation. However, Symphony does charge a higher maintenance fee compared to the others, with an average cost of RM0.16 psf.

In addition, an annual membership fee of RM1,800 is also required to gain access to its club house. Considering that it includes various classy amenities and smart home features as well, you might just find the fees to be quite reasonable nevertheless.
