Kiara Court is a prestigious project undertaken by the property giant Sime Darby in Nilai Impian. Nilai Impian is a township within Nilai which is dubbed the Lake Township featuring landscaped lakes, open parks, woodlands and a bioswale, with a colossal total land area of 1,808 acres.
The project consists of 6-storey apartments built on 5.25 acres of land. The contemporary living development sits on a piece of freehold land bearing residential title. The benefit of having a residential as opposed to a commercial one is that residents will incur cheaper utilities and assessment fees.
Kiara Court is scheduled to be completed somewhere around August 2018. The ultra low-density development houses a total of 240 units only, which is considered to be very exclusive compared to some developments that goes up to thousands.
Each unit embraces a modern open plan design which emphasizes on large windows, sliding doors and balcony. This gives extra dimension and enhances ventilation throughout the unit, best experienced in the living, kitchen and dining areas. Each distinctive unit come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The development is segregated into 5 different blocks namely Tower 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Although there is only one built-up of 929 sq ft, Kiara Court is presented with 4 different layouts, namely Type A, A1, C and C1.

It is wise to choose a renowned developer when it comes to purchasing homes as most of the necessities are already provided and in place. Sime Darby provides a total of 16 lighting points and 17 power points ready for its residents.

The word nilai translates to value in the Malay language, literally. Summary
The property market in Nilai is going towards an upward favourable trend with a lot of high-rise developments on-going. MesaHill is another high-rise development in Nilai undertaken by Green Target Group.
This is a rather high-density development compared to Kiara Court. If you are looking for exclusivity, Kiara Court is the better choice. It does however depend on personal preference as some might prefer a more high density environment with more people.
A foresight might indicate that MesaHill’s target is on students with its extremely high-density layout and small built-ups.
