The project comes in 3 different phases, which the first and second have been fully sold. The third, on the other hand, are still available for sale with more than 20 plots of land left. For the remaining bungalow lots, they are located on the northern and western parts of the site. As you can see from the photo above, they also sit on an open hillside with verdant green landscapes. One thing to note though, is that some of the homes may be located slightly close to the transmission tower, which you might want to avoid.

Along the way to the top, more green slopes and tropical tree lines can be seen. The journey is also made easier with smoothly tarred roads and wide paths. There are also some smaller trails located around the site, which could serve as jogging or recreational tracks. Nonetheless, the view up here is amazing, but it gets even better as you move forward.

The upper echelon of the enclave is filled with big, elegant bungalows with majestic architectures. Some incorporate a slick, traditional appearance, while others took the more modern and western approach. The choice is up to you, as exclusivity is the name of the game here.

In terms of infrastructure, most of the vital ones are already in place. The piping for gas, electricity and water is ready, while high speed internet connectivity is also available. The best part is; the enclave is located in a matured township in Precinct 11. So, residents can enjoy the conveniences of the existing amenities and facilities such as schools, mosques, parks, sports centres, badminton courts and many more.

Perdana Hills - Area Map

Putrajaya, as we all know, is the federal administrative centre of Malaysia. It began as an ambitious project by the former Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, to form a separate enclave to house the Government ministries and agencies. Today, it has evolved into a premier city that features lush green landscapes and state-of-the-art infrastructures and facilities. Many iconic buildings and monuments such as the Perdana Putra, Seri Perdana, Melawati National Palace, Putra Mosque, Putrajaya Landmark and National Heroes Square can be found here – not to mention landmark sites such as the Seri Wawasan Bridge and Putrajaya Lake as well.

In terms of accessibility, Putrajaya is top class. The city is connected to various major highways such as Maju Expressway (MEX), Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and North South Expressway Central Link (ELITE). It also boasts a highly efficient and well-integrated public transportation system that includes the Putrajaya Sentral / Express Rail Link (ERL), RapidKL bus services and several other stage bus services. In fact, the neighbouring Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) and Malayan Railway (KTM) provide another quick way to travel in and out of the city, but they are both located a distance away.

Inside, the city is divided into 20 precincts. Each precinct is unique in its own way and features a diverse range of infrastructures and facilities. Precinct 10, for example, is a low density and spacious development that includes many luxurious houses such as semi-Ds and bungalows. It also incorporates the Seri Perdana Complex, which is home to the Prime Minister. Several other important people and high ranking officials live here as well, which is why the security is always tight here. Its immediate neighbour, Precinct 11, is where Perdana Hills is located.

At this juncture, there are no signboards that would lead you to Perdana Hills. What is available though is its street address that is located just beside of the precinct’s entrance statement. The Prime Minister’s Residence is also another good indicator of where the prime bungalow lands are located, which are situated just across the road.

The word massive is the best way to describe Putrajaya Holding’s Perdana Hills. From 9,000 to 20,000 sq ft of pristine bungalow lands, the residency is truly unrivalled in terms of comfort and luxury. Buyers will also have the chance to live and mingle amongst the VVIPs and society elites in this exclusive enclave.

However, that experience will not come cheap as the land itself could cost between RM1 million an RM3 million. Coupled with the need to design and construct the bungalows, this will be one heck of an expensive place to stay in.

An illustration of a bungalow that can be built in Perdana Hills

For some people, a complete control and autonomy over their own home is a must. At Perdana Hills, they can do exactly just that by deciding on which land to buy and what type of bungalow house to build. They will also be the ones who decide on the types of things to include and exclude in their homes, whether it a private elevator, rooftop Jacuzzi or marble tiles flooring.

However, such freedom is not without a price as the land cost could reach up to millions of Ringgit. Those who can afford it though, will be welcomed into a realm of prestige and sophistication at Perdana Hills.
