The key difference between the trios is the layout. For Baywood and Winwood, they both present a more traditional home design with the living hall situated near the front entrance and the kitchen at the back. But for Melwood, it is offering the more modern approach by having the position of its kitchen and living hall swapped. Of course, no single township will ever be perfect and the problem with this place is the lack of good shopping malls and entertainment outlets. The roads along the site comprised of just a single lane as well and that may hinder the residents’ movement in the future. Thankfully, the traffic around the area is very smooth and there are many dining and shopping options available in the neighbouring townships like Kajang Perdana, Bandar Saujana Impian and the Semenyih Town. The township itself is experiencing rapid growth as well and there will be more commercial developments to come in the future.

Getting Around The Location

Travelling to OnePark with a motor vehicle is relatively easy as it is connected to several major highways such as the North-South Expressway (PLUS) and Cheras- Kajang (Grand Saga) Highway. Additionally, the SILK Highway and Kajang bypass can also be used to get to the site, with the former being the shorter route for those who are coming from Bangsar or Kuala Lumpur direction while the latter for those who are coming from Puchong or Southern Petaling Jaya area. 

That being said, it will not be easy to travel to this area without having access to your own personal transportation as the only railway stations available in the vicinity are located a distance away at the Kajang or Bangi town. There are not many intercity bus stops that are available in the town either; so, your best bet to reach this place would be to drive here personally.
