Dalia Residences is an addition to Tropicana Aman’s existing property portfolio consisting of names such as Arahsia Residences, Bayan Residences, Cheria Residences and Sinaria shop lots.
The project encompasses a total site area of 38.37 acres with 6.54 acres consisting of green area. The ultra low-density development consists of only 207 units. Generally there are 3 types of setting for purchasers to choose from namely 2-storey bungalows, 2-storey semi-Ds and 2-storey zero-lot bungalows.
The leasehold development is expected to be completed in 2020. There will be a 7% discount for bumiputera purchasers.
The 2-storey Semi-D has a built-up of 3,976 sq ft and has a land area of between 3,600 to 5,111 sq ft (45’ x 80’). The zero lot bungalows are of course more spacious, commanding built-up areas of 4,616 sq ft and a total land area of between 4,760 to 6,172 sq ft (56’ x 85’). The biggest of all is the 2-storey bungalows possessing built-ups of 4,803 sq ft and total land areas of 6,345 to 7,487 sq ft.
